Service Description

Improve your strength, balance and mobility as you move mindfully through each pose. Breathwork, asanas (poses) and relaxation to leave you feeling at peace in body, mind and spirit. Accessible, inclusive and friendly. What to expect: +A warm welcome to each class! I work hard to make this space feel as safe and inclusive as possible. All of 'you' is welcome here. +A yoga class with poses presented in accessible ways for everyone to experience. Everyone's body is unique. If you have a body and if you can breathe then yoga is for you! +A gentle 'flow' from one pose to another, creating a sense of connection between body, breath, mind and spirit. + A 'theme' weaved through each class, linking to an element of yoga philosophy, inspiring personal reflection and self awareness...because yoga is so much more than just the poses! + Breathing and relaxation focus to help support you in your everyday life 'beyond the classroom!' What to bring/ what to wear: + A yoga mat. + A jumper and woolly socks in the colder months to keep you cosy during our relaxation at the end of each class when we are still for a few minutes (our bodies can cool down quite quickly in this time) + Wear something you can move freely and easily in - leggings, tracksuit bottoms, a tee shirt, that kind of thing. Whatever you feel comfortable in is good, but probably not shorts and not a skirt! + Bare feet or socks with grippy bits on the bottom are fine Parking is available outside the hall. You are welcome to come into the hall up to ten minutes before your class to settle in Looking forward to meeting you!

Cancellation Policy

CANCELLATION POLICY: ALL bookings for ALL of Michelle's yoga classes are non-refundable & non-transferable to any future sessions. With regards to 6-week beginner’s yoga courses, at Michelle's discretion, a full refund will be made only if she is able to fill your space before the start of the course. ALL PAYMENTS must be made in advance for all yoga classes. PARTICIPATION IN ANY CLASS IS AT YOUR OWN RISK. You are responsible for your own well -being & physical condition during any class. By taking part in Michelle's classes you agree that you will work within your own comfortable capacity, you will never force or strain & you will stop if something doesn’t feel good to you. You agree that you will seek medical attention & advice as appropriate. If you feel dizzy, light headed, faint or if you experience any other discomforts, stop exercising immediately & inform Michelle. After class, consult a medical doctor. All students are responsible for disclosing any medical conditions, injuries, or medications that could affect their practice before taking part in any class. This can be done verbally or through completing an information and consent form, provided by Michelle. Avoid drinking/taking drugs before practice. Wise not to eat heavy meals 2 hours before your class. Keep yourself well hydrated during class. All students must be 18 years and over to take part in my classes, workshops and/or courses. Michelle Burrows is not liable for injuries or accidents. Students agree to take responsibility for their health and well-being. You are responsible for your own belongings and property at all times during and after classes. Please enter the room quietly. Conversation after class is very much encouraged! No phones in class please. No photography or filming by any student during any class. Michelle may ask for your consent to be photographed. You have the right to agree or disagree. Bullying, harassment, abusive language and/or abusive comments during any class will not be tolerated under any circumstances. Michelle's yoga classes are a safe space for everyone regardless of colour, gender, sexual orientation, religious belief or ability/disability. Should you express views or make comments that could be deemed as derogatory, offensive or excluding of any community, you will kindly be asked to leave. Class &/or course content is for personal use only and is not to be shared. Michelle does not guarantee outcomes from the yoga classes.
