We are one! We are community!

Wednesday 2nd April marked our first birthday at Chair Yoga, Cuppa & Chat class at Weeley Village Hall. It was such a surprise to see Iris walk in with a beautiful 'Happy Easter' cake to celebrate! This was the kind of cake that you would pay a LOT of money for if you were to go to a bakery! It was absolutely delicious! Thank you so much, Iris! And to Chris, who collaborated with Iris on the surprise, providing lovely Easter themed napkins. The sense of belonging and community at this class is so wonderful! It's great to see how people have developed friendships. There is chat, laughter, story sharing - happy and some times sad. There is also cheering on and consoling when needed. There is community! This is the power of yoga, y'all!
